Recently, TSC Laser Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TSC") completed its latest round of financing of several hundred million yuan. This round of financing was jointly led by Huawen Qingneng Phase I Fund of CMC Capital and Zhongji Capital, with additional investment from Zhixin Capital, Hongxi Capital, Zhonghe Wanfang, Zhongxin Juyuan, Mingwan Capital, Taiping Kechuang, Ningbo Talent Group, Sai Ling Capital, etc. The existing shareholders, such as Nanling Capital and Future Aerospace Capital, also continued to increase their investment. This round of financing will be used to further expand the production capacity of metal additive manufacturing, accelerate the iteration of core technologies, and meet the increasingly strong demands in the fields of consumer electronics and commercial aerospace.

TSC was established in 2015 and has undergone more than ten years of development, forming a complete strategic layout: with Huzhou as the headquarters, it radiates two R&D bases in Beijing and Tianjin, builds a solid foundation in Shenyang, Weifang, and Deyang for production and processing, and improves the manufacturing chain by relying on the additive equipment assembly base in Anhui. It links the market through Guangdong as the marketing hub.

The company covers mainstream metal additive technologies such as laser selective melting, laser near-net-shaping, and laser coaxial wire feeding. The equipment can form parts ranging from several hundred millimeters to several meters in size, and it also possesses the capabilities of manufacturing metal additive equipment and providing additive manufacturing services. The company is a national-level "specialized, innovative, and high-quality" small and medium-sized enterprise and has long been a key supplier for many large aerospace groups in China.

Commercial space exploration has become a key emerging industry field in China at present. With the increasing attention to the development and utilization of space resources, the demand for satellite launches in China is growing rapidly, and commercial space exploration has entered a period of rapid development. The country plans to launch tens of thousands of satellites in the next five years, corresponding to thousands of rocket launches and tens of thousands of engines, and there is a huge capacity gap in the country at present. Metal 3D printing, as a key technology for manufacturing core components such as thrust chambers, nozzles, and combustion chambers of rocket engines, is experiencing explosive growth.

TSC as a leading enterprise in the domestic metal 3D printing industry, relies on the dual-drive model of "equipment sales + printing services" and has formed a business loop where technology iteration, customer introduction, and equipment sales mutually promote each other. At the technical level, the company simultaneously possesses mainstream technology paths such as SLM, LDM, and WAAM, and is one of the few enterprises in China that can fully cover multiple technology paths. The company undertakes high-value-added additive services with self-developed equipment and uses the process data accumulated from services to feed back to equipment iteration, forming a positive cycle of "application verification - technology iteration - performance improvement".

At the customer level, the company has established long-term cooperative relationships with several large domestic aerospace groups and serves many leading commercial aerospace enterprises. It is one of the few leading enterprises in China with extensive experience in long-term aerospace support services, a large amount of complex component production capabilities, and both equipment sales and additive manufacturing capabilities.

Our core competitiveness is primarily rooted in the R&D and manufacturing capabilities of the entire technical route: Xinxinghe is one of the few manufacturers in China that has the ability to cover the "powder laying + powder supply + wire supply" entire technical path.

Metal 3D printing equipment is a multi-disciplinary coupling system of optics, mechanics, thermal management, airflow, control, software, and AI. It requires long-term application and feedback as support to continuously improve the performance and stability of the equipment. Printing services are also the comprehensive embodiment of materials, processes, experience, and qualifications. Although there are many small and medium-sized printing service companies in the market, there are not many large enterprises that can provide long-term services to core units and research institutes and have been selected multiple times to support major national projects. The company has undertaken many national-level major engineering projects for additive manufacturing, covering key components of aircraft engines, large-sized aircraft structural parts, and core components of launch vehicles, and is one of the few enterprises in China that master the entire engineering process of metal additive manufacturing of several-meter-sized ultra-large dimensions.

Commercial aerospace is currently the company's most important growth trajectory. The company's downstream customers cover several leading enterprises in the domestic commercial aerospace sector. The revenue contribution from commercial aerospace-related businesses has been continuously increasing. The company has a sufficient number of orders in hand, providing good visibility for future revenue growth.

While consolidating the basic foundations of aerospace and commercial aerospace, the company is actively exploring emerging application scenarios such as 3C electronics, server liquid cooling, and nuclear fusion, to reserve new momentum for future growth. In the 3C sector, the company has carried out joint cooperation with domestic leading consumer electronics brands and begun to introduce orders. In the liquid cooling sector, the company has received orders for server liquid cooling structural components, with the end customer being a global leading computing power chip enterprise. In the nuclear fusion sector, the company has received relevant inquiries and participated in the technical solution design.

Currently, the metal 3D printing technology is experiencing a demand turning point in various industries. Core products such as commercial aerospace rocket engines and satellite structural components have been driven to upgrade from an optional process to a mandatory one due to the lightweight requirements, complex cavity forming, and the need for rapid iteration, which are all rigid demands. TSC as one of the few domestic enterprises with both equipment self-research and manufacturing capabilities as well as printing service capabilities, deeply integrates into the aerospace supply chain. With its core technology self-research strength and stable batch delivery capability, it has built an uncopyable leading advantage. At the same time, the company actively invests in the liquid cooling and 3C (consumer electronics) civilian fields, continuously expanding the market growth space.

All along, TSC has closely followed the national strategic direction, driving industrial upgrading through scientific and technological innovation. It focuses on the technological research and development and industrialization implementation of domestic multi-laser large-scale 3D printing equipment, continuously improving the reliability, stability, and consistency of the equipment, precisely matching the comprehensive needs of multiple industries for forming dimensions, processing efficiency, printing accuracy, and long-term operation and maintenance. In the future, TSC will continue to explore market demands, expand application scenarios, empower the high-end manufacturing field with customized solutions, help the new quality productive forces to be scaled up, and promote China's emerging industries to leap to the top of the global value chain.
