The titanium hinge, formed in one piece using metal 3D printing technology, can significantly improve the performance of the foldable screen phone. Titanium alloy material is used in the hinge of the key part at the folding place, the weight is only 132g, and more than 400,000 folds can be realized, greatly improving the service life of the folding screen phone. Using LiM-X260A series equipment full plate printing, large-scale production, effectively reduce production costs.
This bicycle fork is produced using LiM Laser LiM-X260A dual laser equipment, and the entire plate can be printed 20 times at one time, and the whole board can be formed in only 24 hours. 3D printing integrated forming, high dimensional accuracy, parts wall thickness is only 1.3mm, about 85g weight, help riders to improve speed, reduce physical exertion during long-distance exercise.
This bicycle axle is produced using LiM Laser LiM-X400M laser three-laser equipment, and the entire plate is printed in one time, which only takes 30 hours, and the production efficiency is increased by more than 60% compared with the traditional casting process.
